he is facing those charges and the 6 grand and 1 year is MAXIMUM, when i got both of my streetracing tickets, they both had up to 6grand fines and 1 year in jail, i got fined 800 on each of them and no jail time.

I talked to someone that knows the kid and apperently he was trying to get away when he exited the freeway, he just didnt. sucks for him, there was only 1 time i was going that fast on the freeway i was racing my buddies conquest doing bout 140 and we were coming up to a overpass there was a cop chillin on top radaring, we never slowed down and we exited the freeway in a hurry and hid.
