I also noticed this, if you watch carefully, you can see black smoke shoot out of hte intake before the BOV shoots white smoke.

So the surge is probably slowly wearing down the turbo. Probably needs to get a better BOV that can handle that much pressure.

You always get water vapour when you release a rush of compressed air. Unless you use an air dryer on the feed.

Not sure your also supposed to peg out a Autometer 35psi Boost Guage on stock block either.
