Its an english slang term for "white trash" bought up and paid for by the government, parents in council housing, paid child benefit, state school etc.
Plenty of retards in our country, its just ashame health and safety prevents more of them dieing before they get the chance to breed. Too lazy to get the jobs they complain about eastern europeans taking.

I'm one of the success stories, most of my classmates from primary school are either teenage mums or in prison.
I paid my way through school, i worked hard, i've got a good job. I give back more to society then i take out. I have nothing to be ashamed of.
