Well same deal it doesnt have a rubber ring in it that cancells out harmonics. It is a really debated topic.I put a CTR pulley on my LS/Vtec i just built so we will see how it looks when it is tore down this winter.A fair number of people had issues breaking oil pump gears as that is the main issue along with increased wear on the bearings.

Not all OEM have it.

I used the Unorthodox Racing crank pulley on my mini/me turbo for over 1 year with no problems. Donald owns the car and the motor is still going strong.

Face it guys, the way we use our engines, none of them will last too long, so just throw on the stock CTR pulley and drive your car till it dies, then rebuild it and do it all over again.

Eh yeah, I hope my engine lasts at least 10,000 miles after I turbo it... At least until I have another block to swap in.

Rofl, damn didn't think it'd be that big of a difference.

Now that I think about it, when we changed my friends timing belt on his d15(b7? 95 del slo) it didn't seem to have a rubber dampener....
