bring it on, i have nothing to hide...they can track my ---- all they want. the people who dont want to be tracked are the ones doing something wrong.

as far as the judicial and legal system, thats another ballgame...

very disturbing.

what if someone decides that what you do is "wrong" and they "don't like" it?

johnny, that happens on a daily basis in everyone's life...you deal with it or you kill yourself with that gun you have hiding in the shoebox in the closet

whats disturbing is that people like you think our slave holding fore fathers had the insight into the issues that face our world today and we should follow their lead as dogmatic gospel. granted, they did pretty well, but you cant be perfect ALL of the time and things need to be questioned

like I said, i agree with the right to bare arms and its your constitutional right to do so...but there need to be checks, balances and boundaries or someone, some entity will take advantage of any given situation to benefit them and hurt others.

However, I am a little contradicted here as I am a BIG believer in Darwinism and survival of the fittest. I think we protect our society from itself WAY too much and we are dumbing down the human race. If everyone having a zillion guns mean that more idoits and weak ***** are killed off, then I am all for it...if its the reverse that is true then I am for that instead.

I dont see any SOLID evidence for either side though!

Haven't you ever noticed that cops use this logic as grounds to let them search your car when the Constitution says nothing of the sort?

The rights are ours, not to be given up because we're already good people. A lack of thinking this way will eventually lead to not having that right anymore.

Scary.

Anyways, up here in Canada there is no such thing as concealed carry as most know. I personally have had a firearm stuck in my face, if I could have carried, I would have been, but I wouldn't have used it. I still think there should be such a thing as CCW in Canada, or ---- it, I've been considering moving to the states for a long time.

It is a PITA to even be allowed to own a sidearm up here in Canada, and the transport ---- for it is ridiculous.

Agreed...the problem isnt in the rights and having them or not...but if you can trust the people in "charge" of those rights to do the correct thing and not abuse those rights.
