Pay the guy.
Send it Certified letter with documentation of agreement of Auction.
this way you know he got the payment and he knows its being tracked
if not then hire a lawyer to have delivery boy make the payment and pay$$$$$ that much more
and if don't come back with the goods put collections on his *** then after 60 days SUE HIM
most lickly you will win but it will cost you more money then the measly $1100 some odd dallors


Remember people if you don't read the fine print you going get taken and its your fault
