ok, he wasnt scammed yet, but there has been an attempt to scam, which is bad enough. ive seen that ad used as a scam before, exact same thing. ive read people get ripped off with it. I dont care that he changed his name, or his feedback is low, or that he never sold.

one of his winning bids was for a "how to build a turbo kit, and how to make your vteckkkk door light up rainbow, etc" CD. then all of a sudden he comes out with the same ad thats been used for a scam, doenst have 1 picture of any of his ----, and he only wants a money order, and wont accept anyway to track your money?? Id say thats an attempt to scam someone.

I've never seen the ad so I don't know all the details. I'm going off of what has been said in this thread. If he is a scammer eventually his feedback will show it. Until then you cannot label him as one. Sorry that I am the only person left that believes in innocent until PROVEN guilty. Not guilty until proven innocent.

Here's a link to the auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT

I have a few things to say:

1)In my other thread, i wanted to give beneifits of the doubts and put in presepective that he really might not be a scammer as said above. However, was not/am not willing to risk $1100 and find out the hard way. So i asked for a safe and sure way that i don't lose money, which i finally got an answer from you guys after i got flamed like crazy.

2)He refused the all the mothods i offered to ensure i don't get robbed--->escrow.com, COD, picking it.
So at this point, obviously i was not gonna attempt sending him money.

3)Another proof that he's a scammer, so to me at least, is that he offered non-winning bidders to sell it for $900 lol, which i don't care how stupid you are, will not do that if it was real as he states.

4)Also, he kept on hasstling me on doing "western union" and wire transfer; which if I do, then most likely bye bye $1100

5)I guess the title shouldn't be directly "scammer" But it's more fun that way.

oops, forgot the link, fixed.

seems like a scammer to me.
did you see that he was the winning bidder on a $1600 turbo kit for a VW? the seller has -3 feedback and is no longer a registered user. i would bet he knows or even IS the guy who was selling that kit. it is possible to build up feedback by never actually buying or selling anything, if you get other people in on it. they can act like they won your acution and give you good feedback, blah, blah, blah
i think you get what i'm trying to say.

RNP007: i know i don't need to say it, but i will anyway:
don't give the guy a single red cent.
