Drug test won't clear you for ----. It might help, but they aren't going to think "well since he doesn't use, obviously he doesn't sell." Any drug dealer worth a ---- knows not to use. Not implying that was the case in this instance...

BTW, "looking into it" sounds a lot like "we'll call you" when looking for a job.

yeah the "ill look into it" didnt sit well with me either(and i havent heard back yet) so last night i got some good numbers and got on the fone. today i got in touch with a real good firm that will be taking my case(for an arm and a leg)

one thing that is kinda fishy to me is that the weed never made it on to the report. and the coke is a d felony which means it was under 500mg? so i dunno if they are lookin out(doubt), kept some for them selves(mostlikely) or i was lyed to by my boy(prob) but since we got out ive tried to get in contact with him and his fone is off so it should be fun tomarrow.

so for anyone that cares i went to court on wed. and got a continuence(sp?) because the lab results of the substance did not come back yet. now on a "funny" side this girl my boy knows slipped and started saying something about a set up she heard about from this guy she knows in bx but then quickly changed up the story because she reliezed we might have been those guys. so im pretty sure we were set up and am glad he has his story and lawer and i have mine. both lawers are saying that we will see no jail time just fines and prob probation.

IMO its all BS.

you are arrested on possesion of 38g of cocaine (felony) and some pot(i'll just say misdemeanor) and you are from out of state. the cops saw you drive up and make the deal, prob on camera.
you would be insanely lucky to get bond let alone PR. most states dont let people who are arrested for crimes that could pull 11 years go on PR.
and cops dont set up the street level buyer, they set up teh dealer's dealer.

if ti happened teh way you said, next time i get pulled for having a kilo in the trunk i'll just tell them i'll sell it and everythign will be ok

either it was 3.8g of coke and a joint(which would be dumb to come from CT to get) or you are completely full of ----

Law Enforcement is a six week course to two year degree taught to people with IQs in the 85-100 range; "intelligent" officers are profiled as thinking too much and asking questions when they are just supposed to do a job without thinking. I daresay the average HMT OG could master cop-level ---- in two weeks of solid study - big whoopty ----.

lol again dont care if you dont believe me. i find it hard to believe. i just think its funny that you think someone would make this up. :1

either way its costing me 10k for a GOOD lawer and my record in the state of ny is spotless hence the no bond and a promise to appear. i totally agree that we got lucky but the only thing that make scence to me is a training day situation.
dealer - either working with cops or got popped so he needed to give someone up to make it look like he was cooperating. so why not give up some nobodies from out of state. he gets his $(for legal fees or what ever) cops get there arrests(and take the weed and maybe some coke-so far we only have a charge of 500mg not the full thing) so if the cops are dirty that means to keep things ok and keep us from saying well hey i think those cops robbed us we get off as easy as possible(not that i would tell on myself but some dumb crack heads might because they felt they were taken advatage of)

on the other hand ive been told that ny courts take for ever so i could very likely be apart of the rockefeller(sp?) laws were if i am caught with any amount i see the inside of a cell. thats why i was hopping we have some nyc hmters that might know more about the situations.
