cliffs notes: 38g coke, 28g weed - 12:10am in the bronx. (not mine but was def gunna smoke some weed on the way back.) and i was driving. got let out with no bond and a pta.

my ? is how hard are the nyc courts to "beat" i was planning on using my AR but if i can some how say it wasnt mine and get away with out using my AR that would be great . if any one can help with info let me know

Quit traveling with that much coke/weed and don't do ---- to get you pulled over.

I have no pity for people that choose to break the law by carrying that amount of drugs, then break the law driving around and get caught. That's just stupid. How hard is it to follow basic traffic laws while carrying that around? Although I don't agree with how the drug laws are, I don't agree with stupidity either.

ask the judge to give you a deferred judgement and you might get lucky ... but nyc+coke = jail time any way you look at it .. unless it wasn't yours ... also i think your lie'n that you had over a zip.5 of coke on you ... who drives around with that ?? you have to be black or a lie'n white guy / spanish american

yeah def 38g. i live in ct thats why we were driving. bx cuz it was $900 for the 38g. i wish i had an ar15. it stands for something else. its like your 2nd chance if youve had a spotless record as i do. when your under 18 its called a y.o.= youthful offender and ---- gets whiped clean after 366 days.

lol and i never bout personal ---- other than how to shend my cash so why would i lie. its cool tho not carring if the net believes me just need legal info.

situation was my buddy got a guy to cop off in bx done it a few times with him no prob(he is spanish. im white) get there at 12am norm we do it at 8-10pm. ---- felt funny the whole time but i swollowed it and kept it moving. so guy gets in we drive around the block drop him off 30 sec later TNT from the 52 runs up and pulls my boy out of the car after we dropped his man off. dick tells me to put it park and pulls me out. boom thats what happend. i almost think we were set up by his boy cuz they never got him. but yeah none of it is mine i was just driving.

but we think we have a case becasue i never got my rights read and never signed anything saying i was arrested.

and been ---- out of luck when i would get sick in jail f that one been tweeked for a hour and then fucked for 2 days
