most of the ---- over here is from home grown batches, kentucky, ohio, wv or canada. Most of it is good or decent. California is not the only place in the world with the ability to grow weed.

I moved to Humboldt about 5 years ago for a summer for the sole reason of sampling their goods. I found that it lived up to its name with strains like Orange Crush and Jack Herar, and even the -----d out Trainwreck. However, the best chronic I've ever Smoked to this day was in Vancouver, BC. Sure their export quality stuff isn't anything to brag about, but there's a reason strains from Vancouver win the Cannabis Cup repeatedly. Good ---- is available anywhere though because there's always some pothead who knows what he's doing who has some good indoor bud. Most of us just keep it to ourselves though.

If that's the statement you're referring to as "contradictory," let me explain it to you. "The best weed in the world" can be grown anywhere in the world, but some places have higher ratios of good stuff to dirt.
