i know i know
well last time i went to jail it was for driving with suspended license second offense and driving without third offense, i was looking at doing 60 days and i got out on bond, i pleaded not guilty becouse i was wrongfully pulled over. the cop said " i had a broken tail light with with light showing threw the tape" which i knew was b.s. because pissnuts checked the tail lights before we left to make sure they worked properly and looked legit, after we got the car out we checked the tail light and there is no white illuminating through the red tape, this whole thats taped is like the size of a quarter, i told my public defender it was boogus and i wanted to fight it and he said alright we will just file a motion of supress, he told me this when i was still in jail, well he calls me monday morning to say i have court today at 11 a.m. to file for the supress and the judge denied it becouse my pd waited to file it till too late you have to do it 10 days before the trial date, he asked the judge to accept it becouse i shouldnt suffer becouse his office made a mistake, so now i'm prolly ganna get the shaft cause me pd sucks and i prolly cant change one cause its to late

In my eyes, you shouldnt have been ------- driving. End of story plain on simple. If you where not driving, you wouldnt have gotten pulled over.

BTW you dumbass, if you would have bought a real lawyer, you might have had a chance, shame on you for thinking a public pretender can do ---- for you. I spent over 10K on a lawyer, and instead of jail for 1+yr, i got 47 days.

Ouch 10k is more than my income for a year... I'd have to think hard about something like that.

Well look at it this way.. Sit in jail for a year or longer, or make the money and pay your lawyer, And still be able to do the daily things like take a ---- and talk on the phone.

what ive learned in the last couple years, is you dont want to be in the court system at all because all there setup to do is screw you over unless you do exactly everything right, lawyers is a great advantage on the legal system, but you have to get the right one willing to work with you and on your case giving it full attention(not some dimwit that doesnt remember till court or after the tenth time you call him), and sometimes that means paying him 10k, i paid mine 2800$ and feel like i should of only paid 800$ for the ---- he did. oh well i got out of a felony and jail time i guess so whatever. i still did tons of community service and other ----. i know everyones telling you that you shouldnt of been driving. but i bet most of the people on this site would still drive if they lost there license after awhile. driving/cars is why we are on this site its what we love. and not only that but we drive everyday. ---- a couch *****,take about ten showers,and eat a turkey before court and you should be good. good luck though

If I had a decent amount of money and I lost my license I would be all over suping up a 50cc motorcycle.

Not under 50cc. It's the same as a moped.

edit: I just looked up the law, you can only go 30mph on a moped otherwise it's a motorcycle, which I would say is bullshit. If you can make a 50cc (or an 88 in disguise) go 65mph more power to you.
