so let me get this straight.. say you where born on this day.. does that mean you dont get a official birthday.. only ounce every 4 years or whatever it is? or am i stupid :1

They make you choose a birth date on the birth cert...either the 28th or mar 1

All of my papers say 2/29 since I was born in the USSR (ftw, btw) and I managed to confuse the old negro woman at the local DMV to give a permit when I was 15... months ahead of my birthday .

------- snowed in today though and I may have blown my engine so I am just starting to chug post class booze.
