I was under the impression that the "big" 16g turbo supported ~380whp. We're not shooting for tons of power, I think Chris is just wanting to run ~8-10 psi and see what kind of power he makes.

you can goto kragen, or shuckers or whateve the ---- its called on that side of the country, but they have metal adapters from 2 to 2.5 or 2 1/4 to 2.5, then just weld that onto the 2.5 pipe and then you can use a 2 inch coupler to cnnect the pipes or a 2 1/4 to connect them depending on what pipe/transition piece you have.

The normal 16-G compressor wheel is 1.83" at the inducer and 2.36" at the exducer. The Big 16-G is 1.89" at the inducer and 2.68" at the exducer. That is just over 5/16" (8mm) larger than the normal 16-G exducer and the same size as the GReddy 18-G (inducer diameter is only .10" smaller than a 18-G).
Who knows

Thanks Scott, I'll have to check that out

Oh, and yes its from ssauto

same with me.

also for the 2.5 to 2.25 trasition just use the 2 " couplers....the hd couplers can stretch quite a bit

If you're bored one night, grab some goggles and look in the engine bay while you're boosting so you can watch the thing bulge out like a party balloon

You can use it on the intake side, but on the compressor side you run that ---- at your own peril. You'd do better to use PVC on the cold side....

A friend ran a PVC elbow into his Mitsu TD04HL-18T with no problems. The car was his daily driver, plus he took it to five or six track events....

How much boost are you making? Maybe if you're under 10 psi that POS will work, but not for any real boost....
