If the subs worj before you changed the amp and then they didn't, then you can solve you'r own problem. think back to waht you changed at that point and fix it. think of it logically and try to iiminae one prob at a time you tried two amps and niether worked, thta means ther is a good chance its not the amp.

check the ground wires... sand under the contact points, get a fuse tester... just cause a fuse looks ok. doesnt mean it is. if they were working before.. and you changed em.. and now they dont work.. then you went back to the old setup.. and they still dont work those are the only two things i see that could have fucked up..

ive checked all the fuses. checked my ground. i've checked everything. has this happened to anyone or is this just my ------ luck? this blows. i'm stumped, my coworker was stumped, my boy was stumped, and tomorrow circuit city will be stumped. all the little ***** and dials and ---- on the amp are all in the middle.

It is going to be somthing simple and they will charge you up the ***.
did you test the impedance on the speaker wire coming from the box? Maybe somthing is disconnected inside the box. here is how to test, you will need a multimeter:
unhook the speaker wire from the amp or from the terminals on the box.
set it to the symbol that looks like this Ω or says OHMs.
connect each of the leads from the multimeter to the speaker wire or terminals.
it should read steady within a .5 of an ohm of the desired impedance level.
if you get no reading check the wiring in the box if all is good, your sub may be blown.
if the keeps changing you have a blown sub.

Try putting the amps in a friends car with subs. If it works in theirs you can count out the amps (and just because you got a new one means crap, they come messed up sometimes).
Sounds sort of like a problem we were having with my gf's brothers car. His cousin hooked everything up (freakin ghetto). So we pulled every wire out and rewired the whole car. Turns out he had split and connected two RCA's together (instead of buying a splitter, had two amps). Well one was not taped up right and the exposed wire was grounding on the body. Which in turn fried a piece in one of his amps (opened it up and you could see the piece melted/vburnt).
