In md the cops always say "sighn the line, it is not an admition of guilt, but a verification that you have received the ticket" there like ------ robots

Everyone on the internet is a ------- Ninja-Lawyer-Street Racer. 
Here in FL yes, you can be arrested for refusing to sign a citation. You dont have to show your radar gun to someone before you give them a ticket, you dont have to ------- go back and show them the speed limit sign like this guy wanted the cop to do (if you want to argue thats why you get a court date). The guy refused to sign the citation at which point the cop told him to get out of the car which he did. The cop then said turn around and place your hands behind your back (under arrest) which the guy did not do (resisting arrest). The cop decided to display his taser and continue to give orders at which point the guy decides hes just going to walk away (resisting arrest again). The guy gets zapped...
Why did the cop pull his taser instead of (insert your favorite TV technique here)? We dont know. It could have been cause the guy was bigger than the cop, mabye the cop felt it a bad idea to fight a guy next to moving traffic, mabye the cop was concerned that there was still an "unknown" in the truck (guys wife) and wanted to subdue the guy quickly in case he had to deal with her. We werent there...
After the guy is cuffed the cop goes to calm the wife down (probably not a good idea to leave guy laying next to traffic). The guy gets up and decides he gonna go tell the cop that the cop is a little excited.
Obviously I side with the cop (assuming he was within policy because I dont know that departments policy on use of force). Everyone likes to hate on cops and say they are the biggest pieces of ---- ever. Sure there are ******** that are cops, there are also ******** that make my Whopper but I dont hate on Burger King employees. Cops go to work every day to protect citizens from those that have evil in their hearts, and most of them do it well.
Glad I could put my $0.02 in this conversation.
Now let me go watch the video with the kids and toy guy...

Ok im back... I got to watch the kids video. Teh kids in handcuffs and they should sue?!? WTF are you talking about
Did you ever think that the kids were secured during the initial felony stop prior to the cops getting a chance to search the truck? Once the gun was found to be fake everyone was released. The cops did a good job of ensuring the suspects were secured with minimum danger to the officers in case the gun was real.
The youngest kid mentioned was 12, can a 12 year old shoot someone? My 9 year old has shot all of my guns without a problem, so its not unreasonable to believe a 12 year old could do it.
If you owned Channel 2 news wouldn't a picture of a kid in handcuffs surrounded by evil Cops be better to post on the internet than a picture of the fake gun? Have you seen some of the "fake" airsoft guns out there? They look identical to real guns. The news is concerned about ratings, not getting the truth out there.
Why are the cops such cowards? They got a call of someone in that vehicle sticking a gun out the window. The cops responded to find out what the ---- was going on. Do you expect the cops to just walk up to the suspects vehicle and ask "Excuse me sir, do you have a shotgun in here?" Comon...

Why the ---- would you stick a shotgun out of the window in traffic? Fake or not.
