Default KG Parts "Injector-Rehab.com" Review

I got some "1000cc injectors" from a friend who got them from a friend, who nobody really knew if they were used or not, etc.. I figured I'd send them in so 6 years of work wasn't fucked up by someone's guesses of what my injectors were.

Went to the KG Parts website (www.Injector-Rehab.com). It's a cool site with chicks on it and a theme that reminds me of the heart attack grill. Once you fill out the forum it's like a tracking of what's happening throughout the process. Sent the injectors in without having to talk to anyone, and when the deed was done to them they updated my tracking thingy on their site requesting payment. Simple process all around.

Online request made and injectors mailed in: 12/19/08
Payment request by Kg (injectors finished): 12/26/08
Payment made via Paypal: 12/26/08
Injectors arrived via Fedex: 01/03/08

Joseph Davis would be able to tell me how dangerous a 40cc difference between injectors would be, but I don't have to worry about it anymore. Everything went smooth as *** with these guys. I'm hesitant with new, unknown sponsors for obvious reasons, but KG Parts as far as service and what they do are up there with Tunertoys, officially.

Whats the cost of that? Blundell said on my initial dyno pull with new plugs that my #4 Precision 1000 injector is not flowing correctly matched with my other three. He said it could be the G.E. fuel rail as the fuel delievery line can go pass/close off some fuel when installed. He said sometimes they just remove the steel sleeve in it. But I'd like to see what my flow is per injector as they are about 2 years old now.

G.E. like the BDL and STR are same freaking thing in essence. If you take it off and look through the opening where the fuel deliver line goes you can see a steel sleeve through out the rail. Now look at the threaded part. See how it overlaps the injector #4 thats what he is talking about. it has to backwash to get the fuel it needs to inject into the cylinder. I removed my steel sleeve in mine when I got home. But I havent been back to the dyno. Waiting on my PT6262 to come in with your oil line for some testing in the early spring I hope.
