So I grabbed the new mani and turbo and was heading out to do a test fit and ---- my car key is gone. I can only assume that the plastic that the ring goes through broke and the key fell off. Now by the time my wife gets home it will be dark so no fitment tonight! Was hoping to have it all installed for the NE install on Sunday, oh well.

It would be a bitch to break the top plastic thing off. Well that sucks I guess.

I have tons of keys floating around. Parents, GF, one at each house. Can't have enough of em.

that sucks. my plastic part on my civic key has been broken since I got it 2 and a half years ago, the crack doesn't grow, just stays there. I was thinking there might be metal all the way around, but it's not, I just checked the crack.

Yeah all my spairs are copies and are all metal. I am going to make more when the wife gets home.

I think that you need to get a GF on the side. Can't hurt to have another key at your disposal.
