yet again another friday almost another ticket...lol
me and turbo accord got pulled over cause we were hanging out on side of the street waiting for peeps to show up...when a kent cop pulls around the cornor and pulls us over... the car turbo was in started to leave when the cop gets out and yells at them to turn off there car...by this time he had me blocked in to so i could leave.. he comes up and asks for my drivers , and issurance a nd i had them to him.. then again i started yelling at him... he tells me to get out of the car and i was like oh ---- hes going to kick my ***...lol any ways me and the cop go at it on the side walk ...i was cusing and yelling at him..he was yelling at me too.. but then he told me he was sick of arguing and to go sit in ur car ur getting a ticket .. so i did 10-15 mins later he walks up and says in sorry for yelling at u and that i need to clam down and not be so rude next time i get pulled over... this whole time josh and a couple of other buddies were sitting in there car laughing there *** off...all and all it was a good night...lol

Thats not true. I live in Central FL and just finished the Academy and will be starting with a local Sheriffs office soon. You cant search a trunk because someone said "No". IF thats all there is to it, you have to take into consideration the "Totality of the Circumstances". If you roll your window down and it smells like a pot factory and he asks to check your car and you say no then he can get the dogs out. If they alert they are gonna open your ---- cause the dogs alert gives them Probable Cause.

Also to "Chevy" dont yell at the Cops it only aggrivates the situation. If hes wrong do you think by cussing him out hes gonna change his mind and say "Sorry dude, I shouldnt have pulled you over, go ahead and go home". If you think hes wrong thats why the back of the ticket has an address and a court date. Go tell the judge, and you better be nice in his house cause the Judge will lock yer *** up if you cuss at him.

very true, good thing since I roll in the Kendall area I have gotten good cops that let me go, they just ask me if I graff cuase of the tshirt I usually have on.
