ive still got 2 more days to file a claim if he doesnt call me back today or refund me, then im going through paypal
its just we agreed to keep paypal out of this, since he sold things to other members here and that they received there stuff i trusted him

And just because he has sold to other people doesn't mean he is not a scammer.

I bought a turbo from a guy on H-T, I sent $300 and when I recieved I was going to sent the rest ($300). waited and waited for my SC61 and never recieved it, he had been a member of H-T for 3 years and had over 600 post he even went as far as changing his e-mail and paypal.

If I would have knew about HMT then I might of got something back but H-T don't give a ----.
