damn, i didn't mean to start a 'smoke out'. i myself smoke from about 13 until just about two months ago (22), so that's 9 years of stinking, having stale smoke breath, waking up in the morning hacking, being short of breath while participating in sports/physical hobbies, throwing at least 10 -15 bucks a week out the window, etc., etc. like dr. boost said, i just started to weight the pros with the cons, and well, there are no pros, and yes it is hard as hell to quit :P but you have to be motivated to quit, and yeah, i still get cravings like a ****, but the actual thought of a smoke filling my luns with poisinous toxins gets me through those fairly easy
