UTI, ATI and any of those other technical "colleges" are an absolute waste.
One of the VW techs here went to UTI and learned next to nothing, and is usually unable to answer basic fundamental questions regarding fuel injection and diagnostic procedure.
I went to the local tech school ($500 a semiester) didnt even finish, got a job as a Porsche tech, and make more money than all but one of the VW techs at my dealership.
BTW BMW is not easy car line to work on.
AUDI and BMW are the most difficult cars on the planet. Mercedes generally pulls warm bodies off the street to do their work.

u all rag on uti an how people dont get ---- from there, thats y i didnt want to go there cause they suck, skool im going to is a 20 to 1 teacher to student ratio so be more hands on, but if didnt do this id of done the mop bitch an work my way up process but i wanted to go to va beach for a year so did ati lol

When/if you graduate, the student to teacher ratio will be more like 5 to 1.
So your gonna spend damn near $20k to chill on a beach in VA? Hmmm.
Go to the tech school. At least when you say "---- this job" you wont still be in debt up to your ears with school loans.

Don't feel like its a privelage that you got accepted to ATI.. They accept anyone who they think they can drain financially. I went to UTI and it's an absolute waste 20k for the 1 year program, mixed w/ housing, food, not much time to work away from school. I learned more in tearing the crx apart 3 times than I learned in 3 months at UTI. Only thing you get when you're done is a certificate, and supposadly the knowledge of getting ASE certified, so you can work at a dealership.. they lure dumbass kids into convincing their parents they want to work for porsche, bmw, vw, etc.. and it's not like that at all..
