cliff notes:
family rented out a room to dude.
family went on 2 week vacation.
family came home from vacation to changed locks on the house.
the family calls dude inside and dude tells family that he's making bombs.
does homeowner insurance cover bomb damage?

that must really sucked if insurance does not cover the damage. Imgaine ones life saving + everything went up in flame 
In the news it even said the firemen "let the fire burn" LOL how ---- up is that i mean is there no other way to check for bombs other then letting it all burn down?
