Thanks for all the comments, just came back from the house, moving stuff in.....Will get power tomorrow, already have water, ready to go by Tuesday I guess.....


One thing that sucks big time......my wireless internet thru Sprint has no signal in here, If I drive about 200-300 feet to the main road right behind me, I do, but I guess the trees in the front, really big Oaks, don't let the signal go in. I heard off some type of antenna or signal puller thingy that might amplify the signal to reach the house. Not sure if that's real or not........You know what also blows......my cel phone doesn't work in there either....Verizon.....

If anyone know anything post up.....I'm going to be searching for that thing now.....I need my HMT and ebay...

Nice find i would love to find something like that around here, perfect...I commute about 45-60 min. each way and work in chester county, all you SE PA know this is baller area, I found a run down house over grown yard 2 rusted out crapped cars in the driveway and no signs of anyone living in it, finally saw a realitors sign in the front yard called about it, they were asking $399,000 aparently it has 2.5 acreas, told the realitor that i wanted to look for something for around $600-$700 a month and he seemed to not want to talk to me, haven't heard back from him since

If you powerwash the entire outside/drive way, give it a yard, add a front door w/windows, it'll clean up real nice. And of course add onto the garage

yes my Boss is going to lend me his pressure washer, gas powered, to clean it outside, and those are exactly my plans, yard, a newer updated door, I'm also putting some of those fake shutters on the side of the windows, washing the shingles clean, then inside doing some updates little by little

This should be fun, but it will probably use up the money I was going to use for the cars.

I'm impressed captain, my wife and I tried to buy a home here in central oregon during the summer. Not going to happen for under 250k.

the place we were renting they decided to sell it and give us first option on it, it was the same size as the one you got but with no garage, and they wanted 230k, we couldn't make it work, it sold on the market 32hrs later.
