I live in san diego and will never be able to own a house here. 
Thay start off at about 500k for a house just like yours in a really bad area that you would not evan want to drive thru, let alone live there. They say in san diego you need to make 120k a year just to buy a shitty house. Just in rent a pay $1950 for a 2b house in a OK area. I really need to get the ---- out of dago.

Now that I look at it, it seems like some yard and house maintenance and the house would be pretty "Brady". Unless you do an addition or something it's still gonna be the same size, but a house is what you make it.

Where I live in PA houses are dirt cheap! Bought mine last year for $87k...3 bdr, 1900sq.ft. and a 2 car garage 
Unfortunately wages around here are also cheap, so I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to Jersey every morning for work...down to where Xeno's garage is at in Bloomfield :P Still tryin' to get some spare time when I'm down there to stop in and see the place

Yeah Nice house Dave. That house would go for a about 114 here in kentucky where I live you got a great deal for a house in florida. Around here those screened in pourchs add a few thousand to the value of a home.
It's crazy though a sweet 10ft deep inground pool actually brings the value down realestate is weird.

haha price of housing is sooo crazy on the coasts here in the midwest the prices are pretty calm here are a few examples.
but the the quality of living kinda blows.. not very many car guys in my area. a lot of cavys and ---- and the guys with their monte carlos thinkin they are fast. haha idk ppl are stupid hicks here..

yeah, the real estate market boomed in florida over the last few years, and also peaked. home builders built a shitload of homes in my area just hoping that people would buy them.
i payed $152,000 for mine, 1/2 acre, 3bd,2bath, 2 car garage, above ground pool. i scored a sweet deal. i snap some pics tomorrow when it isn't raining.

other similar houses I saw where in the 150k range, similar in size, but where all built in the 80's...this one was built in 92....Well I've been painting inside the whole day, can't paint outside, raining like a ****.....just wanted to check quick...
