I've been pulled over with handguns, shotguns, AK47's, ammo, beer(not opened) and probably drugs all at the same time and the most that has happened was the cop checked the numbers and sent me on my way. I've been pulled over plenty of times and the cops never asked if I had any weapons so I didn't tell(I'm not required to unless they ask). I've even lied a few times just to avoid the whole situation because some cops freak out when they find out you are armed. One time I opened my wallet to hand over my license and the cop saw my concealed weapons permit and asked if I had my gun on me. He kinda freaked out and manhandled me a bit. 
It's funny when they have to give you you're gun back and send you on your way. __________________

my brother got caught with an unloaded tech9 type deal with the HUGE clip except it wasn't an auto

You should have tried to sneak around to there car, put a rag in the tank and light it up. ---- killing someone, just destroy their car.
I know that it's the most unlikely thing that could happen, but it would be sick as ---- to watch something like that.
As far as it goes, I'd rather hit 'em with a bat or something. The one time I saw someone get hit in the head with something hard was when my friend Peter beat this kid in the back of the head with a stone because he tried to jump him. Looked like fun though.
