just came in from street racing....
well i am kinda excited,
i had five races inwhich i lost two. my car ran fine, no problems, and i shifted pretty good. ALL RACES WERE 40mph start, second gear.
now tonight i was not on the uberdata, my chip is giving me problems, so i was running the hack, base timing retarded 10degrees
first race i lost to a eclipse, a kid with HIS FATHER, came to street racing to test out their newly fully built motor (both of them built that motor themselves). and i was the first kill.
, we were both running 10psi.
Second gear, and third we are ALMOST the same, his door was where my front wheel was, but fourth gear he was OUT.
second race is a 88 style turbo supra, i smoked him, easily, funny thing was he wanted to give me a head start, but i refuse to take it.
third race was a old skool initial D style turbo toyota.
IT was off the chain, but i beat him easily too. (he said it is not running right and when he fix the problems he wants to race again)
fourth race was a MX6 turbo, old skool style....the square up body. IT was clean, and everyone warned me it was really FAST, and i lost to him, not by much, after the race he got out and shook my hand and said he thought he lost the race to how fast i pull off him in second gear, but he caught right back up and left me when he was pullin off me, i could see his BIGG *** fuel pump bolted up under his car. He was running 14 psi.
last race was aginst a civic hatch with a LS swap with 60 shots NOS (not sure if it is wet), he is my friend, and we came together, and just for fun we wanted to know if his car would beat mines, if he sprayed..

Not a bad deal. Too bad we can't do this crap anymore around here, cops are more worried about street racing than anything else here (Even though we're one of the most drug populated areas in the US right now )

after the first race i chat with the kid and his father, the kid had to convince the father to invest in the import. the father is a domestic nut and he works on big blocks everyday, he even used a GM management on the eclipse (i dont know).
he said his son took him for a ryde in it (stock) and he was so impressed with it, he decided to help his son fully build the motor over.
After the rebuild, he said what impresses him the most is the fact that the higher the gear gets, the harder the car pulls.....trust me, i experiensed that FIRST HAND.

i luv those car...but i am pretty happy with my car..

he was not even one car ahead of me, maybe that is smoked to you, and yes i got SMOKED by the eclipse. 
but not by the MX6, my back bumper was like 3 feet away from rear bumper.
his pump is located at a very visible spot.
if i was smoked i'l tell u. :P
