Default just bought a 95 hatch for $700

I just bought a 95 hatch for $700 bucks, has minor front end damage, the guy hit some other guys trailer hitch. broke the headlight, bumper, hood, fender. the damage is minor in person. has a shitty 1.5l that smokes. has typ3-r swap bar, type-r lower control arms. teh car is a 95 with a 92 motor, the alxe don't fit in the tranny all the way, do to the swap, I think he didn't have enought ***** to snap the lock ring in place, cause it sticks out about an inch, http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=662538 theres a few pics of it. going to swap in an ls I think, any ideas on a good cheap swap? thanks

yea he took thosw hot wheels off and gave me some shitty steels, there was also a 98 civic hatch on honda-tech, for 1400, it had some frontend damage, 2 blow air bags and a broke windsheild. yea i thought is was a pretty good find, pretty happy about gettinga new project car. any ideas on motor swapping?

Bigger is always better. If you do a swap, don't fool around with anything less than a 1.8.

Hey, I'll take that car. If Dr. Boost doesn't want it, that is. I'll drive there if I have to. - Matt
