Pretty fucked up...but on the other hand if I was payin $600 for a turbo, I would have
1. made the ****** re-open the box to take pictures
2. paid with paypal
-paypal would have done a few things for you.
1. if the item wasnt in the condition which he described you could have sent it back to him and you could have got your $$ back
2. you could have gotten your money back for him not sending it

Not to mention...honda-tech has a little thread in there for sale section telling you exactly NOT to do what you did. http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=641985

sounds like you kinda had it comming to you. its the risk of buying over the internet. Im not sayin the guy who scammed you is right, but im sayin if you were smart about it you would have done a little more thinking about the purchase. I hope you get your money back but im pretty sure its gone. and scottsi isnt gonna get your money back for you. i almost promise you.

Oh, trust me there were mistakes made on my part, but the guy had been a member for like 3 years and had over 600 posts, not that that really matters but like I said before I didn't expect Buk to psot a thread about it and oh ya...---- THE HATERS!

Had this is in the resolution center of paypal

Sorry that it is so small photobucket must of resized it
