Bought an IHI Rhb5, IC and blow off valve.

Got the first two quick enough but never got the blow off valve.

Tried to get a hold of him and he got back to me a few times. Ended up filing a paypal claim because I never got it and still havent heard back since the last email a couple weeks ago.

Good guy for sure, but the blow off valve would have been nice.
