you are running 11.1 compression heads that is prolly why you are knocking so much.... especially when the boost hits.... why dont you try lowering the cr... or raising the octane level.... just a thought

I haven't seen a blow thru like that in years, most common on that setup is the fuel pressure can't keep up with the boost, most likely the problem here. You need a boost ref. fuel pump (if mechanical) or a boost ref. regulator with a pump that can put out at least 7psi over what your max boost will be. Also any ref line needs to come from the top of the carb to get accurate boost reference.
