Been doing lots of side jobs and working overtime at work but I got a few pics today of some ---- that I ended up doing last week and this week.
Starting off with this nice blown LS swap I did
Ended up swapping in a B16a in the g2 integra. (oh and this is the 2nd engine job I did for this guy, remember guys change your oil)
Heres a GSR I'm working on, dude was using the NAWZ! and burnt up 4 valves and bent a rod, (remember guys the nawz is bad!)
Few pics of leia's cage/roll bar that we forget to take.
Most of the interior is still in, still need to put in the backseats. Oh and yesterday we got to make the test & tune event at Pacific raceways, first 2 passes leia made, 1 the charge pipe blew off, and the 2nd one the engine overheated and the tps fell off since the tps touches the firewall. I made the last run, @ 12psi I ran a 11.8 @ 119
Here's a pic of me and ted's project for next spring. Hornet racing, its basically a stock 4 cylinder class of oval track & road racing. Its really a LOW budget type of racing, so we are just looking going into it for fun.

the shell is a 91 Crx SI, got it for free.
a very very LOW budget GSR turbo setup ted is doing. I'll get a full write up in a couple days.
Now onto the SBC project upgrade... Out with the Old Trailerpark 283
Ted put his new turbo on without hooking the wastegate up before he pulled the engine. As you can see it blew the living ---- out of the air cleaner/bonnet box.
the fresh SBC 350. Forged pistons 11.1 Dart heads, all new valve train. Blah blah, ted can tell you more about it.

Nothing like breaking in a fresh cam on a v8 with open exhaust at 3am. HAHA, ted's neighbor came over and was like wTF?!
"Hey Ted, I'm gonna go give mike a quick ride in your truck" LOL, of course I had to do a burnoff
Is it fast? ehhh, I'll just say it needs more tuning and I think it is going to have alot more potential than the other engine. It's been really tricky trying not to get this thing to ping. 0 degrees base and 2.5 retard on the btm and ya... still pings in 3rd!
My crx, next week me and beau will be doing the Grassroots project on it and get it back on the road. Should be fun
