It's a pisser and it breaks my heart that it has to happen to people who add so much to the scene, but if you're ever going to get him back, you have to do it right. Whatever you say is going to be your word against his. Maybe you should just keep an eye on him and his buddies. Catch him stealing someone else's ---- on video and then turning it over to the police...

well good luck finding your stuff jeff. I'd be willing to bet that, kid who had your wheels is the kid who stole your stuff. this is how i think about it..
1. His neighbors said he is always doing engine swaps/wheel swaps.
2. he has your wheels.
Here is one way it could have went down.
One if this guys buddies lives in your apartments and notices all the ---- you put in your garage one night and then one week notices you are gone for a while and calls his buddie up and says lets get this ---- done.
I'd beat the living ---- out of this ----. or have someone steal his car and burn it.
I also wish i knew who stole it, my car is screaming for an hmt kit ;-)
