Oh I thought you wanted to have a smooth transition from your itbs to your runners, so i figured you were going to weld them. That would be the only reason I could see you doing all the work. (making a flange/runners etc) where as you could just take a stock one and do the same thing I did?
I assume you are just going to use silicone connectors similar to what I did?

Ehh i was just thinking, and come to think of it i have never seen it executed nor mentioned for that matter. Why not point the ITB's up towards the hoood and use a scoop to actually make all those gay hoood scoops into use and ITB's setup more efficient.

You'd have a lot of turbulance in the runners that way.. ...and unless it has enough force to compress the air (which it doesn't) I don't think it'll more effective than "tuning" the runners based on scientific princples..
