Why would they have to be aluminum?

..and yes, I have access to a tig welder.

It's a 5/8" steel flange.

Oh I thought you wanted to have a smooth transition from your itbs to your runners, so i figured you were going to weld them. That would be the only reason I could see you doing all the work. (making a flange/runners etc) where as you could just take a stock one and do the same thing I did?

I assume you are just going to use silicone connectors similar to what I did?

I'm making the flange because it's only costing me $20, and just welding the runners on.

I didn't use a stock manifold, so that they would line up better.

Depending on _how_ far back you put it, you might run into firewall clearance issues when you put the velocity stacks on.

Ehh i was just thinking, and come to think of it i have never seen it executed nor mentioned for that matter. Why not point the ITB's up towards the hoood and use a scoop to actually make all those gay hoood scoops into use and ITB's setup more efficient.

If you rag on the time and effort i took to make this then screw you i was going to leave you guys with this

This idea was copyrighted by gheyed as off never because i'm fake if you use this give me credit if you show it off :P

You'd have a lot of turbulance in the runners that way.. ...and unless it has enough force to compress the air (which it doesn't) I don't think it'll more effective than "tuning" the runners based on scientific princples..

Well the picture doesn't mean anything i'm pretty sure there would be enough room to correctly make a gradual bend in the runners

You'd be lucky to push 1"psi" with that sort of a ram air effect.. but.. I don't think the benefit would out weigh the design issues.
