That's how I rebuild my bike everytime. Warm up, cool down warm up, *** raping. When I say warm up, I mean idle through the RPM band, never letting it sit at a specific RPM.

My top ends last soooooo long and seem to hold power for longer than normal. I've got at least 50 full throttle passes up Competition hill in Glamis plus hundreds of hours of riding in the dunes, and in the desert on this top end alone. It's about time for a rebuild.

Did you even read the ------- article? It was mainly about motorcycle engine break-in procedures. Reading is a wonderful thing.
