integra parts car

a friend of mine is selling his old car to me fro parts its an automatic but it has a fresh b18a1 in it i think he said i can puick up the whole car for 300 think i should jump on it?

its a 1990 ls 4 dr with minor body dmg and 125k miles on it he just confirmed 300 bucks

jump on it and use it to swap the motor out into a diff car.. thats cheap for a full engine swap.. and you got parts left over to sell it get your 300 back
