Default Installed 450's and suspension this weekend (Pics)

Like the title say's I installed my 450's and shocks/coilovers this weekend, the turbo should be finished within two weeks, since i'm at school 200 miles away and can only get home about one weekend a month. Its a D15b7 in a 93 Del Sol S

I busted one of the injector seals while boring them out with the dremel, but I stuck it in there anyway and it seals with no leaks.

Next my dad and I tackled the suspension, minor setbacks like not having a spring compressor nearly led us do death, look at our REDNECK spring compressor!

Lets just say, Suspension=1/Us=0

So my dad whipped together a spring compressor, HMT style.

It worked great.

Here's the new Shocks/coilovers being installed

And the final product, I know it has a body kit and rims, but I think its tastefull. I purchased the car a year ago smashed to hell, needed to replace the front fenders, bumper, and drivers side door. My dad and I did all the body work ourselves, and my buddies grandpa sprayed the paint.

I have all the parts for my turbo install, except for charge piping and downpipe, ecu is chipped and running good with the 450's except for the fact that it idles funny, even if i set the idle to 1000 (in crome) it still idles at like 750 rpm and the idle "bobs" just a little bit but noticeable. if you know what could be wrong with that let me know.

yeah, That didnt work let me tell you, I forgot to put the parking brake on on the tractor and it started to roll back, I cought it in time but it scared the hell out of my dad! the suspension is an ebay special dropzone shocks and coilovers, I dont have insurance on that car so I only took it for a small drive but it feels nice, and doesnt sway at all around corners.

I bought the turbo components before I found this website and realized what a mistake it was to buy the ss autoshit but it was cheap and if it holds up for even a little while I will be happy,

ss auto
-mani, I will brace it the best I can
-turbo, I'm still not sure of the exact a/r's I havent mesured it yet but its a t3/t04 somthing like a 50/63 maybe :1
-wastegat, still not sure what spring is in it either, it has no paint or color on it, if you have any clue let me know
-HKS knockoff BOV
-huge *** intercooler, I think i'm going to sell it for a smaller smic off of a dsm

some ebay catch can
chipped P06
willem chip burner programed with crome
oil lines from a race shop next to WIR (wisconsin international raceway)
DSM 540's

I still need
-wideband o2 still not sure what I'm going to get
-charge piping, which I am giong to use EMT conduit
-downpipe, Stainless supplied to me free thanks to some relatives
-full stainless exhaust also free,

My uncle has a mandrel bender so that should come in handy

My project may take longer than expected due to my $500 in fines from an underage two weeks ago and an insane speeding ticket (53 over) friday night.

That's like saying 'I just took a ---- in your bathroom, but it smelled pleasant'

Props for the HMT spring compressor tho.

Those coilovers seem to work all right. A few people I know have put them on their cars, mad camber problems though.

The camber is not a problem where it sits now, when I had those rims/tires on stock suspension it actually lifted the car up a lil and the tires were wearing on the outside, so I think it will be ok until I can get a camber kit for the front, the back you can just use washers behind two bolts that attach a control arm support.

Shocks and springs dont make a camber problem bad, Its when you drop something and don't align it is what ***** it up.

True.. and Derrick had his car lowered to the ground (I couldn't fit my finger between the bumper and the road)
