I was wondering if someone could tell me what happens if i start my crx up on prelude injectors but standard ECU? thanks in advance

it would probably run, just not very good.
and it might bog out a little bit but all it would do is lower your fuel milage.
what size are they?

It'll run richer...
the 240cc injectors on an NA honda usually run around 90% of their duty cycle. The prelude's are 320 cc so you'd be using 90% of their duty cycle... in turn means you'd be wasting gas.
