i hate cops.
i owned my crx all stock lookin, nothing special and got pulled over and searched for no reason.
Some1 kicked my brother's 2002 ford focus ZX3. He knows the person who's house it happened at. that person's dad is a cop, so needless to say the case got dismissed.

I might need to look into a more police/performance friendly exhaust. I wanted this car as a daily driver, because the WRX wastes too much gas, of course me redlining it 1st, 2nd and sometimes 3rd doesn't help, but the car is meant to be driven like that. Now if i'm going to get pulled over everyday in the civic, I'm going to really have to look into something else.
Maybe I just need to paint the muffler, black, and see what happens.

I dont know what your exhaust sounds like but remember pretty much every law is open to interpretation. What is excessive/unusual to one officer may not be excessive/unusual to another. Regardless of dB levels you can still be pulled over.

That's why I said, it's was for her protection and that I understood why, but really, there where 2 other cops in bikes right across the street, and i was parked, and just leaning on my car, what could I do.
I understand they go thru a lot of bullcrap, so they have to be carefull.

Thats rediculous davcivic i got followed by a orlando cop on sat for a good 30 minutes becuase my exhaust is indy car loud literally and he never pulled me over just followed me she was just being a bitch and meeting the quota.

tekno9998: Well that sucks, and it's weird that they didn't do anything. Well usually Saturday nights they are looking for speeders and such, not really loud exhausts.
Oh and this happened in Kissimmee, the good ol' KPD, they really don't have anything else to do.
