Default I'm out of the turbo game

Like it says...I'm out. Just got rid of the last of my turbo parts about 5 minutes ago. I've just been getting so sick of working on my car lately and never being able to drive it. Kinda sad when I sit and think that I've owned the car over 2 years now, and probably only drove it about 4 months total. So after long debate, I've decided I want to stick with my n/a b16 in this car, and drive it until it falls apart. Maybe if I feel motivated over the winter I might build my LS block sitting in my garage and make a ls/vtec for it, but no more turbo for me. Plus it's time for me to start sticking my money into my house instead of that money pit (I know that'll make the wife happy lol). But not to worry, I still have little motor odds and ends to do yet...such as putting in my type-arrrrr dual valve springs, and possibly a new set of gsr cams. Speaking of, what would be the best cam combo out of all the dohc vtec cams to use? :1

i've heard for b16, the CTR intake cam is a good swap, but i do believe you can't go wrong with GSR's

Might as well start looking for some low compression forged pistons for the LS block as you will be wanting boost by spring. You can deny it all you want but you will be back in the boost sometime. Its like a drug addiction you can get clean but everyone knows you will slip eventually.

Ive gone through that so many times. Just a couple days ago i made up a ------sheet with all of the parts i have and the cash value of them. I could easily sell everything and have about 5-6 grand. But i know as soon as i sell everything i would just want to buy more stuff and lose money in the end. The total ammount of money i have put into my car is crazy.

5-6 grand builds two 10 second drag cars.

You guys are doing something wrong.

Hey there big fella. Im just talking about misc parts laying around. Like 10 ecu's, forged pistons, rods, gsr head, and all kinds of ---- i have collected over the years. Its not like all of this stuff is for my current setup or anything.
