That's Norwalk Raceway in Ohio. David Buscher's home town. He hosts the DSM shootout there every year, then hands out the trophys at his shop a few miles down the road. I imagine they let him ---- around there alot, to get his cars setup and all that good ----. It's probably closed to the public. You don't see anyone sitting in the stands during the video.
