im gonna be on national ------- TV!
thats right...
espn2 is filming this new show called pipes. Kinda like pinks, only you get money and time to work on your car before each round of racing. (and you dont loose your car if you loose the race) Anyhow, my boy frankie drives a 98 or something cobra mustang and the show recruited him. He knew nothing about cars or bracket racing, so he asked me to drive and tell him what parts to buy. The realization of national TV still hasnt set in yet, but im pretty sure it will on march 14th when i fly out to little rock for a photo shoot (were gonna be on the cover of some car mag in the south) To tell you the truth, im a little nervous about a ---- ton of people watching me build and race someone elses car... we'll see how it goes
the show airs on espn2 on the first saturday in April, keep your eyes open for me nogs!

his ---- is pretty stock right now.. thats why they recruited him for the show. We only get $1500 and 4hrs of time for the first round, and turbos/superchargers/nitrous is not even allowed.
+1 for sponsorships though, looks like were going there in a sick new ford tow rig, and cervinis (he's got all kinds of their body mods on it) is giving us a ---- ton of cash to go party with! Anyone near little rock should meet up that weekend with us and party like rockstars. We got a presidential sweet at some awesome hotel. Yea!

btw. if you came to memphis,TN to race id show up. that would be about halfway between us. good job though. suck about the whole no forced induction thing. thats kinda gay

Nitromethane or hydrazine in the fuel, my friend. Those SN95 Cobras sucked, make sure it had it's warranty fix BEFORE the show. You might also want to skew things slightly with small tweaks, and get some track time in on it so you can cut the lights and pull some decent ETs.

yea, we switched cars untill the show so i can get used to driving it. Somethings wrong with the diff in the back, sounds like the pumpkins hitting the floor from pinion angle. I thought the cobras had IRS though
Whatever it is, it'll be fixed by go time.
about the turbos- All i have to do is get past the first round... Second round of shooting you get $2500 and 6 hrs. I dont think even that is enough to do a turbo kit, but probably a sc. If by some sweet change we go all the way, we are allowed to pick up extra people on our team and i think you get $7500 something in the third round. A pair of nice ------ hairdryers will be hanging proud under his ugly *** hood. Regardless of the outcome of the show, we are gonna have a ------- blast.
