I'm getting a new ride!!
Yup i'm getting a new car. Well i have two in mind. not now but, in like 2 months. A new Mitsubishi Evo (No i don't like the STI even though it's better) or a used Escalade 2002 with around 35K miles. Since I don't live bimyself i don't have to worry about bills, rent, phone, etc and a nice hefty check from my stolen car. heh. The evo i really like a lot. not much to be said there about that car.. then the escalade is nice (PIMP ---- THERE) it would do me good since i'm getting out of the car and finance sales and getting into real estate. I dunno. what would you choose.

As much as I would say HELL yeah go EVO, if you are going into real estate you need a more mature car with room for clients. The Escalade is better for overall appearance and customer comfort. I know I sound old, I'm 28. Growing up sucks, can't always get the car you want but a good compromise is the way to go. Good Luck

Usually I would agree with common sense but an EVO isn't like an all out sports car. It does have 4 doors and probably seats 4 as comfortably as the next car. As for SUV's well, they're for soccer mom's.

Re:I'm getting a new ride!!
thats what my parents where saying. Escalade! but, in some way I can picture the Evo being representable. It's sharp. I think if a Lexus IS300 is a representable car, the Evo blows it away as far as looks. My parents even agreed to that. Would it be dumb to take clients in a Evo, even though it looked stock?

Re:I'm getting a new ride!!
However.... I grew up in "Sales" Family, my dad was a sales rep for a paint coatings co. Anyways back when I was a kid he went jogging and bought a Mercedes 450sl (the oldschool two door convertables)
Anyways the week he bought it he lost two clients. Lesson learned: Dont drive I nicer car then the clients you sell to, or they might get ideas as to what your sales commission might be.
The Mitsubishi is an awesome car thats not too astentatious, unlike an Escalade rolling on huge rims.

Just think, If you get the Evo you'll be able to show clients five more houses in the same time than with the suv.
---- comfort, I wanna be smashed into the back of my seat. just my opinion, and I'm very immature.
