We definitely needed to make some kind of gasket because the mating surface of the turbo had a circle cut into the rectangle flange.... and the manifold flange covered most of that cut out circle but left a whole shitload of space for exhaust to spew out.

Hes running one of Rory's TE bins... but I'm not sure which. Its running great without an O2 sensor... so I'd like to assume that he is using the one with the O2 sensor disabled.

BTW... crazy black kid blew the headgasket/bursted the radiator in less than 24 hours. Ha... took us a few minutes to get it back together the next day...

It was a pretty sweet break in the gasket. Nice a blow up lookin on the #2.

Hey where are the pictures of you doing actual work? Sucka.

And Eric's setup worked flawlessly cept for the turbo already having one stripped out bolt, and the center section had a few spots where there wasn't enough for the brackets to hold the new clocked postion. Either way its all good now.
