The term "round eye" is referred to as 'quilo' (sp) pronounced "kwy-low" in english. This of course is the mandarin chinese word that they use to describe us westerners. To them calling white people that is like anybody else calling a black person a ------ (no offense to anyone with my racial slurs).
I took a few weeks of trying to learn mandarin chinese and this is about the only thing that I remember

"kwy-low" is not Mandarin, it is Cantonese.
and it is not used to refer to white ppl.
it is used to describ non-asian looking peoples. and no it is not like calling someone nigXXX. it is just a slang.
BTW, i am not sure why but asian girl just doesn`t work for me
