Not really sure what the hell happen to it, I pluged in my camera to up load pics, and it shut my compter off. after that it made a buzzing beeping sound, and I couldn't get it off the main screen. the clowns at best buy had to send it to there shop in maryland, than them ------- couldn't fix it so they had to to send it Back to HP in cail. what a pain in the ***

Best Buy bought out future shop a few years ago. We have some Best Buy's in Ontario. 1 Opening in the mall where I live soon.

Either way. My brother has an AMP from Future shop, it blew out so he took it in for warranty. Took 3 MONTHS to get it back. It blew again a year later. We went in and YELLED at them about how long it took last time and we want a new one RIGHT NOW. They said they will put a "rush" on it because we were so unhappy. We got it back 4 days later

Yeah, future shop is owned by best buy, and yes...best buy sux. How do i know this? because i have the unfortunate pleasure of having to work at one as a stereo installer. Dude, let me tell you, these people who work there don't know jack ----...they make up B.S. as they go to make people buy their ----. If i could find another job right now, trust me i would..but PA sux too, so there really are no jobs up here :P

best buy is a ------- joke when it comes to car stereo installs. they make you pay some bullshit *** install labor, and then they make you pay some gay *** install warranty that you dont need. and im sorry that you work there though, it must really suck
