no dose, wal mart sells a container of 60 pills of 200mg of caffine, there only like 4$. each pill is like a cup of coffee. you can take one or you can take 10. thats the only thing i take that i can actually tell its keeping me awake. if you take too much you might feel it in your stomache and start shaking. and if you take more then 12 and 3 xxl monster energy drinks you just might find yourself throwing up for the next 10 hours. for some reason i did that once when i was trying to stay up for a long trip.

I've been buying gallons of iced tea from the gas station lately cause it last me a few days at work and keeps me energized. I use to drink a ton of moutain dew and crap but once I cut back I started feeling much better and had more energy
