Ignorant Mitsu owners
At this point, I wish HMT had a kills section. That was the only decent part of H-T, so please let me vent.
Anyways I roll in my EG today as a last-good-day-before-winter-hell sorta thing. Find out one of the guys in my last class has a newer Lancer he's boosted, widebodied, etc. It looks *okay* (widebody was done professionally), I have to give him some credit since all the other cars are just fartcan ricemobiles...then...
We get into an argument (well, he does). "You have to get a dohc. You haaaaaave to get a dohc. My friend is building one, you can run 22 pounds with them. GSR's are cheap." I can't get a word in edgewise to anounce the fact my tiny D16 is making more power than his glorious 16g on what IIRC was a 2.0L 4g94. Got knows what he'd said if I told him it did this myself, not pay someone else. Both armed with a new tank of 93 octane, I proceded to end his argument all the way to 4th gear. I think the best part was the look on his face when my 'stock exhaust' became an open downpipe (hmt e-cutout).
Anyone else get retards telling you how your Honda/etc setup is all wrong, then choke on their words? I for one am very interested in seeing how other cars/setups do before I tell some nog what he should do with his car, let alone talk ---- about them.

Re: Ignorant Mitsu owners
Seems like the only requirement to own a new quick import-ish car is a downpayment, a job, and fodness for Brokeback Mountain. I don't get it.
I do know a chubby girl with an SRT-4 though, she's ok, besides the constant missed shifts.

Re: Ignorant Mitsu owners
you sir have been very lucky..i have met alot of srt-4/evo owners and it seems to be protocol that they think they're car is the fastest on the street, then they find a whole bunch of ricers to follow them like they are god, then they talk ---- about other peoples cars, and then they wont race because they have some ricer excuse
EDIT: this was all the evo owners around where i lived in florida (mostly 16-20years old)
