yeah they call it pho tia, but they also have a couple other types of pho, like seafood pho and chicken pho (which i doubt is authentic, but its tasty as ----), so to avoid any confusion (which abviously didn't work) i call it beef pho. oh and there are like 20 different pho dishes. I know what you mean about the chicken, I like to add that in whatever pho I get. They even have like oxtail pho.... omg I want pho now.
