Identify these rims

I found a guy selling a set of these rims. He doesn't know any info about them as they came on the car. They are so ugly that I like them for some reason. This is his DD that just bit the dust btw. So no this isn't my rusted hunk lol

They are a bit ugly but they're unique, I kind of like them. Sorry, I have no clue what they are. Prefer the steelies with hubcaps myself

That's what I was thinking. At first I was like damn those are ugly, then the more I see them the more I like them lol One of my hubcaps took a ---- so I'm rocking the black steelies.
