Ideas/advice for my future route

I have a baby due early May, and with summer coming up (along with the presence of a baby), florida climate doesn't permit me to own a turbo car without A/C. SO, yesterday I removed my turbo setup and reinstalled my A/C. I'm left with a few choices in mind. please give me your opinion, I'm pretty bad about making decisions on my own.

I'm currently restoring a motorless DC integra I got for free, so consider that in the options.

redo your manifold/dp to fit the ac pump

I did with my first setup, but the turbine sits almost touching the condenser. it doubled the A/C temp, and made any maintenance a royal pain in the ***.
